Q: HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE TO OTHER PHARMACIES?
A: If you have insurance, your copay amounts are the same as any of the large chain stores. If you are a cash-paying customer we will meet or beat any other pharmacy in town. Our pharmacists will verify the prescription and “comp” the price from our competitors.

Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN OPEN?
A: We have been in business for over 17 years.

Q: CAN I HAVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED TO YOUR PHARMACY FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY?
A: Yes! Transferring to Sutter Pharmacy is completely hassle-free, just come in with your prescriptions or give us a call. All we need are the prescription numbers (if you have them) and the names of the medications, and we will do the rest for you!

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept, cash, checks, Visa, Master Card or ATM cards.

Q: DO I HAVE TO COME INSIDE THE PHARMACY TO REQUEST A REFILL?
A: You can Order Online, call 530-821-5110, option 0 to use the automated system (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or come into the pharmacy.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER?
A: We provide free local delivery Monday through Friday. Please call the pharmacy today to see if we are currently delivering in your area.

Q: CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER OVER THE COUNTER ITEMS THAT YOU NORMALLY DO NOT STOCK?
A: Absolutely! Most items are available next day.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE?
A: Yes, we are contracted with most Workman’s Compensation insurances.

Q: I DO NOT GO TO A SUTTER NORTH DOCTOR. CAN I STILL USE YOUR PHARMACY?
A: Absolutely! Although we are located in the Sutter Medical Complex we are an independent pharmacy and we accept all patients.

Q: ARE YOUR PHARMACISTS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING MY MEDICATIONS?
A: Our pharmacists are always available during business hours to answer your questions. You may come in or call to speak to a pharmacist anytime!
